Clubview Park Renovation Survey

Clubview Park is a 10-acre "neighborhood" park located between Clubview Dr. and Fairhills Dr., south of Edison Ave. The Park is primarily open with rolling terrain. Current facilities in the park include a shelter, play structure, swings, climbers, fitness course, 2 tennis courts, picnic tables & benches.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information from the residents who reside by the park and/or who utilize the park to determine what changes/additions can be made to enhance the quality of the park. The results of the surveys received will be used as part of the planning process in determining what renovations, if any, are needed to accommodate the residents in the neighborhood around the park.
